The lawyer for Senator Ping Lacson is preparing a motion for re-consideration to question the arrest warrant against Lacson. Lacson’s lawyer, Atty. Alex Poblador said the motion aims to put on hold Manila RTC Judge Myra Garcia-Fernandez’s order to arrest Lacson. Poblador said they are going to file the motion for reconsideration in preparation of the petition they are to file before the Court of Appeals. His lawyer said, Lacson need to be in the Philippines for these legal remedies, so he is not yet considered a fugitive. more news »
